Best Italian place. Come for the owner (funny, great character), come for the food (cook knows how to cook) and come for the atmosphere (old German)

Excellent restaurant, with superb choice of food and drinks.

Very welcoming restaurant, the owner (or manager) is italian and greet us warmly when we entered the restaurant, the price is reasonable, great taste, although I find my pizza slightly salty. Warm and cosy restaurant with friendly staff

Google reviews does it again. Wife wanted pizza so instinctively I pulled up google maps. After reading through reviews on about 10 pizza places (seriously couldn’t believe that there was this much pizza around in such a small town) we decided on this one. Found the place very easily but upon walking in we were told that there was no room. After we left and we’re walking to the car the owner came out after us and offered us a table to share with another couple. There was plenty of room so we stayed. The pizza was amazing and very reasonably priced. Beer was also priced right. The owner was such a character and immediately made us feel at home even though he only spoke limited English. I highly recommend this place but I would recommend making a reservation.

Everything you need from a smaller town Italian restaurant, including a charming, whistling Italian papi at the stove
